FUNCTION MODES
THE USER INTERFACES OF THE IDVS+
● STATIC MODES use visual counter rotation relative to the rotation speed to display static images, e.g. EQUALIZER MODE.
Although it rotates on the turntable, the IDVS+ has the ability to use visual counter-rotation and can therefore display static images on its touchscreen that do not rotate.
Some UIs require this feature, especially when the IDVS+ displays text or other line-based information.
● CIRCULAR MODES can be used even though their elements are rotating at turntable speed, e.g. ABSTRACT VINYL MODE.
These UIs are circular and can be controlled even though the IDVS+ and what it displays rotates at the speed of the turntable.
● SLOWMO MODES use slow motion effects for certain user interface elements, e.g. BASIC MODE.
Some IDVS+ user interfaces and UI elements are neither static nor freely rotating, but use slow motion effects.
THE FUNCTION MODES ARE DEDICATED TO A SPECIFIC FUNCTION OR DJING TASK
